Agile Best Practices

Since our company’s inception, we have been using Agile methodologies at both the project management and engineering level to deliver capabilities for DoD and Fortune 1000 enterprises. We leverage SCRUM and concepts of Lean/Kanban for purposes of managing requirements within iterations, and eXtreme Programming (XP), one of the more widely recognized Agile development methodologies, which benefits our customers by allowing flexibility and change to be part of the accepted and expected process.

Our Agile developers engage in communication and collaboration with clients and users every day throughout a project, and measure progress in terms of actual working software, not adherence to a rigid plan. Projects are focused on short-term, customer-prioritized deliverables that can be accomplished on time and on budget. The quality of a delivered system is ensured though test driven development, code refactoring, pair programming, and continuous integration practices.
