INC. 500

In August 2006, Inc. magazine named Asynchrony Solutions one of America’s 500 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. Asynchrony was listed number 326 on the magazine’s 24th annual Inc. rankings.

The Inc. 500 list ranks companies based on year-over-year sales growth from 2001 to 2005. Companies must be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent and have a minimum revenue of $500,000. Asynchrony Solutions had four-year sales growth of 322.3% and projects revenues of $14 million for 2007.

GREATER ST. LOUIS TOP 50 AWARD

The St. Louis RCGA, in partnership with the St. Louis office of Deloitte, named Asynchrony Solutions one of the Greater St. Louis Top 50 Award winners for the third consecutive year in 2006.  Criteria for selecting this year’s winners included growth in number of employees, enhancement of the community, revenue growth, acquisitions, and expansion/development of facilities.

40 UNDER 40 CLASS OF 2005

The St. Louis Business Journal named Asynchrony founding principal Steve Elfanbaum to its 2005 “40 Under 40” class. The award honors young professionals who are making their mark on the local business community.

Steve is the company’s undisputed “technical visionary and guru” and is one of the firm’s youngest executives. Each of the four principals – brothers David, Bob and Steve Elfanbaum, along with friend Nate McKie – played his part in launching the company during the tech-investment-frenzied 1999, and helping it adapt and continue to thrive post-2001.
