ST. LOUIS-October 20, 2005-Asynchrony Solutions, Inc. (www.asolutions.com), a leading provider of technology, collaboration, communication, and security solutions, today announced it was named one of America’s fastest-growing defense contractors by Inc. Magazine. The company was listed number 326 on Inc. Magazine’s 24th annual Inc. 500 ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the country.
The Inc. 500 list measured revenue growth from 2001 through 2004 of companies which are U.S.-based, privately held, and independent with minimum revenue of $500,000. Asynchrony Solutions was selected due to its three-year growth rate of 404% with 2004 revenue totaling $7,276,000.
The company has substantially grown its defense work over the past four years. Current projects include technical support for Boeing Corporation, the Lead Systems Integrator for the Army’s Future Combat Systems program, and technical team leadership for the Joint Explosive Ordnance Disposal (known as JEOD KTOD-ACTD), an initiative to integrate operations, training and support for the joint military community to respond to threats from explosive devices.
“Being recognized as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies is truly an honor for Asynchrony,” said Robert Elfanbaum, CEO, Asynchrony Solutions. “This impressive achievement reflects how well our customized technology solutions have been received by our expanding military, government, and defense customer base, as well as our long-standing Fortune 2000 client roster.”
